JTS reserves the right to use any imaging filmed by our team for promotional purposes unless explicitly asked not to.

​Permissions. 

Any unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV or UAS) used for the purpose of obtaining images may require flight permissions from land owners and local authorities. When needed this is generally granted within a couple of days, though it may take up to several weeks in some cases. The CAA may require up to 28 days written notice of intention to fly for certain areas. All work is subject to obtaining permitted and legal access from which to safely operate UAV/UAS equipment.

​Confidentiality.

All enquiries are strictly confidential between client and JTS. 

​Safety.

Obtaining the necessary training and qualifications for competent and safe commercial flying involves substantial and continual investment. To obtain our permission from the CAA, JTS successfully underwent a programme of intense training at ground school before completing a flight assessment. Safety is an important aspect of all our operations and one that is taken very seriously by JTS crew. Every operation is assessed and evaluated with great detail. If our crew do not feel that the operation is safe, we maintain the right to postpone the service until a later date or until the issues are rectified.

The pilot in command is responsible for all flight operations and shall solely be in control of any of our aircraft and operations. Drone hire will include one of our pilots only.

All bookings are subject to a pre flight assessment as some areas are not suitable for flight operations or may need additional permissions at additional costs. 

Flight operations are subject to the weather on the day and may be canceled or rearranged up to 24hr in advance if the forecasts are not favourable.

Flight ops may be canceled at short notice by ourselves due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, notification of such cancellations will be emailed out at our earliest convenience and dates rearranged. If this is not possible the deposit refund will be issued.

All flight operations will require permission from the land owner prior to takeoff.

Bookings can be rearranged or canceled up to 48hrs before the booked appointment, However cancellations only will result in the charge of 50% of the agreed price If cancelled 48 hours before the work starts and 24hrs before a 75% charge of the agreed price will stand.

Additional milage will be charged at £0.45 pence per mile. First 45 miles from our office base is free. 

​Payment.

Payment will be due immediately upon receipt of any footage taken by ourselves.

Any overdue payments will be subject to interest charges after 30 days of non payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Any non payments overdue by 90 days will be recovered through the small claims court.

​Cancelation

Cancelations after a project has commenced for any reason will be invoiced at the agreed project price in full.

Due to the unpredictability of the British weather, flight operations may be cancelled at short notice by us. If this is the case, then any flight operations booked will be rearranged as early as possible.
